Server crash via TLS 1.3 padding underflow

Out-of-bounds read in wolfSSL 3.12.2 through 5.6.6 allows remote attackers to crash TLS 1.3 servers with a malformed client record. ProcessReplyEx removes TLS 1.3 verify-message padding by decrementing an input index without first rejecting a zero or oversized value, so the index wraps and reads beyond the input buffer. The affected library must handle server-side TLS 1.3 connections; successful triggering terminates the hosting process or performs an out-of-bounds memory read.
