Stored script execution via crafted notice title

Stored cross-site scripting in Hongmaple Octopus 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script through a crafted notice title. The notice-edit workflow stores the noticeTitle field from POST /system/notice/edit without neutralizing script markup, and the notification-management view renders it as executable code. A low-privileged account can plant the payload, but an administrator must revisit notification management; execution occurs in that administrator's browser session.
