FTP service crash via oversized PASV arguments

Denial of service in KMiNT21 Software Golden FTP Server 2.02b allows remote attackers to crash the FTP service via a crafted PASV command. The PASV handler fails to bound command arguments before processing payloads containing thousands of repeated bytes. The attack requires only the product's supported anonymous FTP access and terminates the server process, interrupting file transfers.
