DNS answer manipulation via omitted cache-key bit

Cache-key confusion in CoreDNS before 1.11.2 allows remote attackers to cause invalid DNSSEC answers to be returned from cache. The cache plugin keys responses without the DNS Checking Disabled bit, so an answer fetched with validation disabled can satisfy a later query that did not set that bit. The cache plugin and a validating upstream forwarder must be enabled; unauthenticated DNS access is enough to prime the cache and compromise answer integrity.
