Unauthenticated service interruption via direct restore requests

Uncontrolled resource consumption in Softaculous Backuply for WordPress 1.2.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to interrupt service. The web-reachable wp-content/plugins/backuply/restore_ins.php script starts restoration work without requiring WordPress authentication, so repeated direct requests consume server processing and log resources. No account or user interaction is required; exploitation can exhaust server resources and make the hosted WordPress site unavailable.
