CSRF in N-Media Comments Extra Fields For Post,Pages and CPT 5.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter comment fields and settings. The plugin's administrative AJAX handlers accept state-changing requests without consistently validating WordPress nonces. A site administrator must act on an attacker-controlled link; the forged request can modify comment-form fields and plugin settings.
