Missing authorization in N-Media Comments Extra Fields For Post,Pages and CPT 5.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to alter plugin data. Several AJAX callbacks perform comment-field and plugin-setting updates without checking whether the caller is authorized for those operations. Subscriber-level WordPress access is required, and successful exploitation changes comment-form configuration or plugin settings without disclosing data or interrupting service.
