Browser script execution via unescaped Link Anything output
Published Jan 27, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in Exclusive Addons for Elementor 2.6.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in visitors' browsers. The Link Anything extension stores contributor-supplied link settings and renders them into page markup without adequate input sanitization or output escaping. Contributor-level access is required to inject a payload, which executes whenever a user opens the affected page and can act in that visitor's browser context.
