Stored XSS via unescaped carousel link URL
Published Feb 5, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in Exclusive Addons for Elementor 2.6.8 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through carousel links. The Logo Carousel renderer places the user-controlled Link To URL into an anchor attribute without sufficient sanitization or output escaping. Contributor-level access is required to save the payload, and execution requires another user to open the affected page, exposing that user's browser session to script actions.
