Cross-origin data disclosure via racy access check

Information disclosure in Google Chrome before 121.0.6167.85 allows attackers to leak cross-origin data through a malicious extension. The chrome.pageCapture.saveAsMHTML() API performs a racy access check that lets a blocked origin become capturable before enforcement completes. Exploitation requires a user to install the crafted extension; the resulting access is limited to cross-origin data disclosure.
