Integer overflow in Mitsubishi Electric MELSEC-Q and MELSEC-L CPU modules allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted packet. A packet-processing integer wraps, but Mitsubishi Electric has not disclosed the affected function, packet field, calculation, or resulting memory operation. Network access to the controller is sufficient; successful exploitation runs attacker-chosen code on the PLC CPU.
