Unauthorized AJAX actions via missing nonce validation
Published Feb 5, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in Active Products Tables for WooCommerce 1.0.6.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to invoke AJAX actions. Several AJAX action handlers omit or incorrectly perform WordPress nonce validation, so they accept forged requests carrying an administrator's session. Exploitation requires an administrator to interact with an attacker-controlled request; successful actions alter site state with that administrator's authority.
