Unauthenticated maintenance-mode bypass via spoofed IP headers

IP address spoofing in Florent Maillefaud WP Maintenance 6.1.9.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to bypass maintenance mode. The plugin's client-IP retrieval logic treats user-supplied HTTP headers as authoritative without sufficient validation during IP-based access checks. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exploitation exposes site content that maintenance mode is intended to withhold.
