Authenticated command execution via unfiltered NAT parameters

OS command injection in Uniview ISC 2500-S firmware 20210930 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The setNatConfig branch in /Interface/DevManage/VM.php passes natAddress, natPort, and natServerPort directly to exec() without filtering. Access to the adjacent management interface and a low-privileged session are required, after which injected shell commands run on the appliance.
