UEFI code execution via unchecked GetVariable length

Buffer overflow in Phoenix SecureCore firmware allows local users to execute code in UEFI through a crafted TPM configuration variable. The vulnerable module calls GetVariable twice for TCG2_CONFIGURATION with the same eight-byte stack buffer and reuses the enlarged DataSize returned after EFI_BUFFER_TOO_SMALL without validating it. Exploitation requires local high-privilege access to modify that runtime variable, and reachability depends on each platform's variable permissions.
