CVE-2024-0714Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Authenticated command execution via unquoted folder parameter

Published Jan 19, 2024 · Updated Sep 3, 2024

OS command injection in RPi-Jukebox-RFID 2.0 through 2.5 allows remote authenticated users to execute shell commands via the folder parameter. userScripts.php trims the HTTP parameter, concatenates it unquoted into a sudo command string, and passes the result to PHP exec(). Low-privileged remote access is the required gate, and the published proof payload opens a reverse shell.
