CVE-2024-0677Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Internal service requests via unchecked shortcode URLs

Published Mar 28, 2024 · Updated Mar 25, 2025

SSRF in Popozure Pz-LinkCard 2.5.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users with Contributor access to request arbitrary hosts. The blogcard shortcode accepts a user-supplied URL and, when a draft is saved, causes WordPress to fetch that destination without blocking loopback or LAN addresses. Contributor access is required, and the server-originated request can reach internal services that are inaccessible directly to the user.
