Unauthenticated file upload via unchecked templateFile
Published Jan 17, 2024 · Updated Jun 17, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in Yunyou CMS 2.2.0 through 2.2.6 allows remote attackers to upload dangerous files through templateFile. Request handling in /app/index/controller/Common.php processes the attacker-controlled templateFile argument without restricting dangerous file types. No authentication or user interaction is required, but the public record does not establish whether uploaded content is executable or where it is stored.
