Local privilege escalation via stale kTLS splice accounting

Out-of-bounds write in Linux kernel kTLS before 6.7-rc5 allows local users to crash the system or escalate privileges via splice(). When a kTLS socket is the splice destination, the send path fails to advance the sk_msg_sg curr and copybreak accounting, so later writes overwrite spliced file-backed pages. Exploitation requires low-privileged local code execution and a kTLS socket; the resulting page corruption can crash the host or modify protected data to gain higher privileges.
