Root code execution via replaceable Oracle binaries

Privilege escalation in Checkmk mk_oracle plugins allows local users with Oracle account access to execute code as root or Administrator. The plugins invoke sqlplus, tnsping, or crsctl with elevated privileges without ensuring that each binary runs as a non-root or non-Administrator account, so an oracle user can replace a binary with a script that the agent executes. Exploitation requires local oracle-user access and control of the corresponding binary directory; the script then runs with the agent's elevated privileges.
