Published Feb 5, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Stored XSS in Squirrly SEO 12.3.15 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts through administrator settings. The affected settings path stores administrator-supplied values without sufficient sanitization and later renders them without output escaping. Administrator access is required, and the flaw is reachable only on multisite installations or where unfiltered_html is disabled; injected scripts run when a user opens an affected page.
