Local privilege escalation via mapped buffer-ring reuse

Use-after-free in Linux Kernel 6.4 through 6.6.4 allows local users to escalate privileges or crash the system through io_uring. The io_uring/kbuf unregister path frees a provided buffer ring while its VM_PFNMAP mapping still exposes those pages to user space. A low-privileged local account must register, map, and unregister the ring; the dangling mapping permits reuse of freed kernel pages.
