Service crash via cyclic cross-signature chain

Certificate-chain verification in GnuTLS 3.8.0 through 3.8.2 allows remote attackers to crash dependent services via cyclic cross-signatures. The _gnutls_sort_clist function revisits an already sorted certificate when cross-signed certificate authorities form a loop, then reaches an assertion failure. Any network service that verifies an attacker-supplied chain with the affected library can terminate, interrupting that service without data disclosure or modification.
