Use-after-free via post-unregister writeback work

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel before 6.0-rc3 allows local users to access freed kernel memory during removal of a disk. During wb_inode_writeback_end, bandwidth estimation work is queued after bdi_unregister has drained work and freed bdi_writeback because the code does not first verify WB_registered. The race requires local low-privilege access and disk removal as inode writeback ends; public sources do not document a demonstrated exploit outcome.
