Phishing enablement via unvalidated signin destination
Published Jan 15, 2024 · Updated Apr 21, 2025
Open redirect in RISE - Ultimate Project Manager & CRM 3.5.3 allows remote attackers to redirect users through a crafted signin URL. The /index.php/signin handler accepts the redirect argument as an external URL and uses it as a redirect destination without restricting it to a trusted origin. Successful abuse requires a user to follow the crafted link, after which the trusted application origin directs the user to an attacker-controlled phishing site.
