Path traversal in MLflow before 2.9.0 allows remote attackers to write files outside the download directory through an HTTP dataset URL. HTTPDatasetSource.load trusts a Content-Disposition filename and joins it to the destination without rejecting path components or absolute paths. A user must load an attacker-controlled HTTP dataset; the resulting arbitrary file write can place executable content and lead to code execution.
