Authenticated file disclosure via download_file path traversal

Path traversal in download.php in Employee Profile Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to read local files. The endpoint resolves the attacker-controlled download_file value without blocking ../ sequences, allowing the path to escape its intended directory. Access requires authentication and adjacency to the hosting network; successful exploitation discloses readable server-side file content.
