Authenticated OpenAI file listing via unchecked callback
Published May 22, 2024 · Updated Apr 8, 2026
Improper access control in QuantumCloud WPBot 5.3.4 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to list files in a linked OpenAI account. The openai_file_list_callback handler returns the account's file list without checking the caller's WordPress capability. Subscriber-level access and a configured OpenAI integration are required; the reported consequence is enumeration, not file-content access or modification.
