Out-of-bounds write in Autodesk AutoCAD 2021 through 2025 allows attackers to execute code through a crafted MODEL, STP, or CATPART file. ASMKERN228A.dll and ASMdatax229A.dll fail to validate file data before writing past the end of an allocated object. Exploitation requires a user to open the file or visit attacker-controlled content and can execute code, corrupt data, or crash the current process.
