SSRF in Mintplex Labs AnythingLLM before 1.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to read host files through submitted file URLs. The collector's validURL function treated any URL accepted by the URL constructor as valid, allowing file:// inputs to reach the content collector. Link-submission permission or an authorized POST request is required; exposure is limited to files readable by the collector process.
