Cross-site scripting in CodeAstro POS and Inventory Management System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to inject script via new_item. The New Item Creation Page processes the new_item argument at /new_item without neutralizing it before generating page output. A valid clerk or administrator session and later user interaction are required; the injected code executes in the victim's browser.
