Improper certificate validation in HP Enterprise LaserJet and LaserJet Managed printers allows remote attackers to disclose information. Affected firmware trusts certificates during outbound connections to solution-enabled services even when the signing CA is absent from the device certificate store. The attack requires interception of a device-to-service connection; HP has not identified the exposed information or further operational effects.
