File overwrite via unchecked tar entry paths

Path traversal in Matt Holt Archiver 3.0.0 through 3.5.1 allows attackers to overwrite files via a crafted tar archive. The tar extraction path uses archive-controlled entry names without containing their resolved paths beneath the requested destination. A user or application must unpack the file, after which writes occur with that process's privileges and can expose or replace restricted files.
