Unauthenticated arbitrary HTTP request relay

Server-side request forgery in Tandoor Recipes 1.5.10 allows remote attackers to relay arbitrary HTTP requests through the server. The CNA and disclosure identify no affected endpoint or code path beyond accepting an attacker-chosen request destination. No authentication or user interaction is required, and the bounded impact is reading from or writing to network-reachable HTTP services through the application.
