CVE-2024-0390Network attack vector

Unauthorized recuperator control via shared MQTT credentials

Published Feb 15, 2024 · Updated Mar 13, 2025

Hard-coded MQTT credentials in iZZi connect before 2024010401 allow attackers to read and manage reQnet iZZi recuperator parameters. The Android package embeds credentials for the MQTT queue also used by the devices, allowing outsiders to authenticate to the shared queue. Access requires obtaining credentials from an affected app build; published impact is limited to reading and changing unit parameters.
