Stored XSS via unsanitized Recipe Notes

Stored XSS in Recipe Notes in Bootstrapped Ventures WP Recipe Maker 9.1.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to run scripts. Recipe-note content retains script tags without checking the author's unfiltered_html capability, and the plugin later emits that stored content into recipe pages without safe output escaping. Contributor-level access is sufficient to persist the payload; execution occurs in the browser of any user who opens the affected page, allowing actions within that user's WordPress session.
