SQL injection via unparameterized specialization update

SQL injection in PHPGurukul Hospital Management System in PHP 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate its database. admin/edit-doctor-specialization.php concatenates the doctorspecilization POST value into an SQL UPDATE statement without parameter binding. An administrator session and access to the web interface are required; injected SQL can read or write data permitted to the application database account.
