Victim-browser script execution via unneutralized registration fields
Published Jan 9, 2024 · Updated Apr 17, 2025
Cross-site scripting in CodeAstro Vehicle Booking System 1.0 allows remote attackers to execute script in a victim's browser. The user-registration handler in usr/usr-register.php processes Full_Name, Last_Name, and Address values that reach a browser without effective script neutralization. No authentication is required to submit the fields, but exploitation requires a user to render the injected content, limiting the demonstrated effect to browser-side code execution and page modification.
