CVE-2024-0344Network attack vector

Database manipulation via unescaped confirmation code

Published Jan 9, 2024 · Updated May 14, 2025

SQL injection in XCSOFT TimeMail 1.0 and 1.1 allows remote attackers to manipulate database queries through check.php parameter c. check.php reads c from the query string and embeds it inside a quoted SELECT statement passed directly to mysqli_query without escaping or parameterization. The endpoint performs no authentication check, and a crafted result can expose stored record fields or drive the subsequent deletion and transfer of a selected pending message.
