CVE-2024-0313

Policy bypass via release-code enforcement failure

Published Mar 14, 2024 · Updated Aug 2, 2024

Security control bypass in Skyhigh Security Client Proxy 4.8.1 and earlier allows local users to disable enforced traffic controls. The release-code enforcement path follows an incorrect control-flow decision, allowing policy bypass without a valid release code. Low-privileged Windows access is sufficient to defeat DLP enforcement; a remote device can also revoke a legitimate bypass and interrupt updates.
