OS command injection in TOTOLINK N200RE 9.3.5u.6139_B20201216 allows remote attackers to execute commands via a crafted request. The UploadFirmwareFile handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi incorporates the attacker-controlled FileName value into an operating-system command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. Network access to the router's web interface is sufficient, and successful exploitation can read or alter data and interrupt service.
