Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized host_time

OS command injection in TOTOLINK N200RE 9.3.5u.6139_B20201216 allows remote attackers to execute commands via crafted HTTP requests. The NTPSyncWithHost handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi passes the host_time parameter into an operating-system command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation executes attacker-supplied commands on the router.
