Unauthenticated command execution via unsanitized USSD input

OS command injection in TOTOLINK LR1200GB 9.1.0u.6619_B20230130 allows remote attackers to execute commands via crafted USSD input. The setUssd handler in /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi incorporates the untrusted ussd request parameter into an operating-system command without neutralizing shell metacharacters. No authentication or user interaction is required; successful exploitation permits command execution in the CGI process context and can alter router operation.
