Unauthenticated server crash via oversized GET request

Denial of service in Vector Ultra Mini HTTPd 1.21 allows remote attackers to crash the server with an oversized HTTP GET request. The HTTP GET request handler fails to reject an oversized request path and terminates the server while processing it. No authentication or user interaction is required; a single crafted request interrupts service for legitimate clients.
