Unauthenticated service crash via RNFR buffer overflow

Buffer overflow in the RNFR handler in Matthias Wandel Ftpdmin 0.96 allows remote attackers to crash the FTP service via crafted RNFR commands. The handler accepts oversized rename-path arguments across successive RNFR commands, allowing 272 bytes before EIP and 119 bytes after it to overwrite control flow. The passwordless FTP service exposes this path to any connected client; the CVE record bounds the reported impact to service interruption.
