Heap corruption via unlocked WebAudio automationRate updates

Use-after-free in WebAudio in Google Chrome before 120.0.6099.199 allows remote attackers to corrupt heap memory via crafted HTML. DelayHandler processes an audio array while concurrent automationRate updates create and release it without mutex protection. A user must load the page; the published trigger reaches the freed array from Chrome's audio thread and demonstrates a browser crash.
