Code execution via intercepted legacy TLS traffic

Insecure communications in B&R Automation Studio before 4.6 and Technology Guarding before 1.4.0 allow man-in-the-middle attackers to run code. The clients permit TLS versions below 1.2 when contacting B&R-hosted upgrade and licensing services, allowing intercepted traffic to be altered or read. Exploitation requires network access sufficient to intercept the affected node's traffic and user interaction; successful tampering executes code, while passive interception exposes sensitive data.
