Privilege elevation in Telerik JustDecompile before 2024 R1 allows local users to execute commands with elevated Windows privileges. The legacy installer accepts a manipulated installation package and executes its commands at a higher privilege than the current user. The attack requires access to a Windows account on a system where JustDecompile was already installed with the legacy installer.
