Application crash via recursive Zigbee TLV parsing

Uncontrolled recursion in Wireshark 4.2.0 allows remote attackers to crash the application with a malformed Zigbee TLV packet. The dissect_zbee_tlvs path recursively re-enters through dissect_global_tlv and dissect_zbee_tlv without bounding nested TLVs, exhausting the process stack. Reachability requires either injected traffic that Wireshark analyzes or a user opening a crafted capture file, and the demonstrated consequence is process termination.
