Application crash via null ReadReg address string

Denial of service in the GVCP dissector in Wireshark 4.2.0, 4.0.0 through 4.0.11, and 3.6.0 through 3.6.19 allows attackers to crash it. In dissect_readreg_ack, an empty ReadReg acknowledgement leaves address_string null before col_append_str passes it to strlen, causing a null-pointer read. Network injection requires packet delivery to an analyzing instance; the file path requires a user to open the crafted trace, and only that process is interrupted.
